This project will renew approximately 273 metres of DN100 cast iron water main with a failed internal lining along Best Street, Devonport, between Nixon Street and Sorell Street, helping to eliminate water quality complaints from customers in the area.

We are committed to minimising disruptions to the community, but you may notice some temporary impacts during construction, including:

• Increased vehicle and crew movements in the area, including trucks, machinery, TasWater vehicles and contractor vehicles
• Traffic management will be in place to manage safety, maintain property access, and minimise impacts to local traffic - please anticipate minor traffic delays during the works
• Construction noise
