Capital Works Program
We must ensure our infrastructure and our business is always able to support the delivery of high quality, reliable drinking water and the safe, efficient treatment of wastewater – whatever the weather or economic conditions.
Our five-year $1.9 billion capital program is expected to deliver:
- More than 13,500 direct and indirect jobs
- More than $4.35 billion generated for the Tasmanian economy as a whole

TERHAP - Ti Tree Bend Sewage Treatment Plant covered storage
We are constructing a new 10 megalitre storage tank at the our Ti Tree Bend Sewage Treatment Plant.
Orford sewerage network upgrade
Orford’s existing sewerage network was designed and built decades ago for a much smaller town. We are delivering upgrades to provide better environmental outcomes.
South Brighton Sewer Project
We're installing over 2km of sewer mains and a new pump station in South Brighton, set for completion by February 2025 to support the area's growing population.
