Instructions
- Plan your challenges. Choose your activities (or use our suggestions) for the week. Decide how many points completing each activity will earn you.
- Aim for the sky. Set a points goal for the week and decide on the reward.
- Track your progress. Colour in the chart as you complete each activity.
- Unlock your reward. Hit your points goal and enjoy a fun treat.
